Some men die under the mountain, just looking for gold.
Some die looking for a hand to hold.

What’s the point of trying to be a good acoustic musician when there’s already someone as good as Dallas Green? Can every person and their acoustic guitar truly hope to add the same musical benefit to the world as him?
Perhaps a melancholy thought but one that has me intrigued.
I remember thinking back to when I was a kid, wanting to make music for a living, and I remember going through a period where I felt defeated because no one was listening to what I was doing. Then I realised I had to actually work for it, get out there and show people that I think I could write a good song as apposed to waiting for them to come and listen to it
